The Company's structure is designed to be efficient, cost effective, aggressively competitive, and highly profitable. Our corporate headquarters and product design center are maintained in Westchester, New York; research and development (R & D) center in Los Angeles, California, production development center in Taiwan; and cost effective manufacturing facilities in Asian countries such as Malaysia and India. Our management, engineering, design and marketing teams are drawn from highly experienced, international professionals led by our C.E.O., Mr. Andrew Lee, a leading executive with extensive expertise in technology, marketing, and finance, particularly related to the United States and the Far East.

Company headquarters are situated in Westchester, New York and serve as the focus and control center for product design, global marketing & sales, and global management. Our main presence in the United States, the largest computing and consumer electronics market in the world, and the most advanced in technological innovation, also provides our base for understanding and monitoring consumer cultures and market movements.

Our design and product creation R & D center is in Los Angeles, California.

For more efficient marketing and ease of large-scale distribution, we also have immediate plans to set up final assembly facilities in major U.S. hub cities of New York, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis.

Within the past 10 years Taiwan has become preeminent in capturing the design technology and manufacturing expertise of the microelectronics and PC industry. In fact, the PC industry has moved from the United States to Japan, and finally, now to Taiwan which, today, is the heart of most major PC design and manufacturing . Boxx has established a fully functional production development center in Taiwan to provide complete-solutions in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware / software design and development, safety testing, and specific Global Markets compliant production management.

Asian Large-Scale Production Facilities

With over ten years of manufacturing management and expertise from our key engineers in the Taiwan R & D center, Boxx has an immediate "production setup" team, ready to employ its Complete Coverage modular manufacturing facilities design. By following this step-by-step plan, we can rapidly deploy world class manufacturing facilities in any global location in less than 90 days. Such modular plant designs also allow for additional output capacity to be modularly added to existing plants in relatively short periods of time. Our manufacturing setup design documents are strictly confidential but will be available upon request and security clearance. Only countries combining cost effectiveness and highly skilled labor forces like Malaysia, India, Thailand and China will be able to provide the low cost and high quality manufacturing suitable for consumer electronic products. As demonstrated by market predecessors, the manufacturing base for consumer electronic products like calculators, digital watches, televisions and now desktop PCs have migrated in a fixed path to these countries to undercut costs. The route started from the countries of original innovation (USA, Europe), to lower cost but technologically advanced countries (Japan and Taiwan), and now, finally to lowest cost countries supporting such manufacturing structures (Malaysia, India and China).

There are presently plans to set up production facilities in Malaysia, and India then in Thailand, and other low cost areas to take advantage of their low direct and indirect overhead requirements.

International Branch Offices

Singapore
Branch offices in Taiwan, Singapore, London, and Canada have been established to facilitate regional and local marketing, sales and R&D support. Additional branches, with sales and R & D capabilities will be opened in the near future to tap into the European, South American, Middle East, and other major international markets.
